Our pool was a disaster with mold growing everywhere, and so green, you could've see the bottom of the pool. Called around everyone was high priced and offered very little. Orca came out; they... drained, cleaned & scrubbed down the pool. Then refilled it with clean water and chemically balanced and treated the pool. It took 3 visits (3 days) to restore our pool to perfection. We are so pleased with ORCA POOLS and the quality of their work. KUDOS 👏 🌹read more

Update 12/05/2024: Still Orca's customer; they are both very responsible as well as responsive. I do have a persistent issue with the Free Chlorine level of our saltwater pool being EXTREMELY HIGH,... usually fluctuating between +5 and 10, when the maximum recommended range for salt being between 1 and 3. Pool looks great but can't truly enjoy with CL levels so high, itchy skin, dry hair, irritating to the eyes.Best pool service we’ve had. Our technician, Adrian, is very thorough; he keeps pool crystal clear and performs the full battery of service every week, unlike former providers. Chris is also knowledgable and experienced on water chemistry and equipment, and is doing a great job mentoring Adrian. I highly recommend Orca for your pool service and maintenance needs.Update 02/06/22: Continue to be satisfied with their work and professionalism. Michelle does a superb job of listening and keeping customers updated on new developments, including severe weather recommendations and schedule changes.read more

I had my first pool designed and installed by Chris and Michelle in 2022/2023. From start to finish they have been professional , knowledgeable, and available to answer questions, change things... around, and brainstorm! Even though we are now out of our initial warranty, they continue to provide support and help as I learn how to care for my pool. I enjoyed the process and now love my pool!! Thank you!!read more
