Having been a customer of Orca Pools for a few years now, I can very confidently say that Chris, Michelle and team are absolutely wonderful to work with and I very highly recommend them. Time and... time again their professional work, attention to detail, and constant pursuit of quality shines bright. That would normally be enough for a great recommendation, but they truly care about their customers and often go above and beyond what you’d expect.

We use them for weekly service as well as for any work needed on the pool system. Our pool is constantly looking beautiful and they’re always on top of making sure it’s working exactly as it should be.

The icing on the cake? Their communication is fantastic. From prompt and detailed responses to phone calls and emails (Yes! They respond to emails regularly and quickly! Update 12/05/2024: Still Orca's customer; they are both very responsible as well as responsive. I do have a persistent issue with the Free Chlorine level of our saltwater pool being EXTREMELY HIGH,... usually fluctuating between +5 and 10, when the maximum recommended range for salt being between 1 and 3. Pool looks great but can't truly enjoy with CL levels so high, itchy skin, dry hair, irritating to the eyes.Best pool service we’ve had. Our technician, Adrian, is very thorough; he keeps pool crystal clear and performs the full battery of service every week, unlike former providers. Chris is also knowledgable and experienced on water chemistry and equipment, and is doing a great job mentoring Adrian. I highly recommend Orca for your pool service and maintenance needs.Update 02/06/22: Continue to be satisfied with their work and professionalism. Michelle does a superb job of listening and keeping customers updated on new developments, including severe weather recommendations and schedule changes.read more
